Charlene’s passion is to minister to people by using her God-given hospitality to provide a relaxing and quaint environment while serving down-home southern homemade goodness. Her verse for The Tea Cottage is Psalm 34:8, “Taste and see that the LORDis good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” (NIV).
Cindy Wicks shares the vision and has been helping with the Tea Cottage since its beginning in 2006. Cindy also does the Off-Site Catering.
The Tea Cottage hosts a number of events including luncheons, dinners, showers, and various celebrations. The minimum number of people is 15 and includes exclusive use of The Tea Cottage. There is also the “Open to Public” lunches on the third Friday of each month and additional dates in December. For “Open To Public” dates there is no minimum but reservations are required. And, Oh Yeah – Husband Jack makes the ice cream!
